Our rescheduling policy is designed to help you adjust your class date while maintaining fairness and smooth operations for all participants.
Reschedule at Least 24 Hours Before Class
Participants may reschedule their training session one time at no additional cost when the request is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled course.
This ensures we can offer your seat to another student and maintain proper class planning.
Requests made within 24 hours of the class start time may incur a rescheduling fee. This fee covers reserved training materials and limited seat availability.
Same-day rescheduling is not guaranteed; however, our team will make every effort to assist you. Same-day changes may require:
• Payment of a rescheduling fee
• Choosing from limited available time slots
• Rebooking for a later date if seats are full
You may reschedule once for free. Additional reschedule requests may require an administrative fee to secure a new slot.
If you fail to attend your scheduled class without prior notice:
• The booking is considered a no-show
• The session becomes non-transferable and non-refundable
• A new registration will be required to attend a future class
We understand that serious, unavoidable emergencies can occur.
In cases involving:
• Sudden illness
• Medical emergencies
• Family emergencies
• Situations outside your control
You may contact us with reasonable explanation or documentation. Emergency rescheduling decisions are made at the discretion of our management team.
Private or corporate group sessions follow special terms:
• Rescheduling must be requested 72 hours before the scheduled class
• Deposits may be applied to new dates if rescheduled on time
• Late rescheduling may incur additional fees or require rebooking
• New dates must be mutually agreed upon based on instructor and facility availability
If FixIt Heart & Life Training must adjust or postpone a class due to instructor illness, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances:
• Participants will be notified promptly
• You may reschedule at no cost
• Or choose a full refund
